    Went in to the store today as the bill received did not match what we were told it would be when we purchased our new phone. Young man who helped us (so sorry I did not get his name) did provide the answer BUT told us "they are required" to tell us there was a $40 activation fee for both phones after our change. I said we were not told and he repeated himself. I said do you think I would have made a trip here for clarification if we were told what to expect? He never acknowledged that it might have been a mistake - never apologized - just basically you were told and that was it. SO DISMISSIVE AND RUDE - clearly we were bothering him. Horrible customer service.

    Very rude and unhelpful it's not a corporate store it's a private franchise they are very rude and very unhelpful and they want to charge you for everything even transfer your information from an old phone to a new phone I guess they have to make some money to pay their rent .

    Brandon provided excellent customer service.he went above and beyond to resolve my issue and it was resolved immediately and appropriately if I could give him 10 stars I would . Verizon will have excellent reviews also would be a awesome work place with more employee like him

    I had issues with my old phone. I misplaced it and needed an insurance replacement. He got me set up and retrieved all my data. I wasn't sure how to do it so I can in, glad I did

    Sat in the queue for well over an hour to pay my phone bill, zero acknowledgement from staff the entire time. Seriously unprofessional, 5 members of staff on and all of them taking over an hour to help each customer. What a huge waste of time
