My husband and I were dealing with major issues switching from AT&T to Verizon, and they went above and beyond to help us. They stayed late, located a phone when none were available in the state, and ensured everything was completely resolved after the store had already closed, even staying more than an hour past closing. Their dedication and customer service were outstanding. Verizon corporate-please give these amazing employees a raise. They deserve recognition for the level of care they provide. This is a great store, and we worked with Mr Jamel Letang today who was phenomenal. I can't remember the last time a cell phone experience had such low stress and such great results. - JSJason SeitzDec 9, 20255.0My wife and I would like to thank Solution Specialist Dennis Murrey for his exceptional help with problem-solving making what was a fairly complex transaction go smoothly and enjoyably. We needed to 1) switch our two android phones to iPhones, 2) switch cellular carrier from StraightTalk to Verizon, and most importantly 3) I needed to save the texts, contacts, apps, and files from my cellphone that had a dying motherboard. He did all this with grace and humility! Such a great experience in what would have otherwise have been so much more challenging and trying than it was. Luis Hernandez was also very helpful! Kudos to Dennis and Luis, as well as to whomever hired these exceptional people!

Our phone and watch were not setup properly and he was more worried about getting to other customers. One customers yelled they would never be back, as they walked out.
