We got the run around for 3 days about my son's phone and where how to fix through Asurion insurance. They kept saying they couldn't fix it because of a lock screen. We couldn't unlock it due to the screen broken. We walked into Verizon at wits end and frustrated with not knowing what else to do. He over heard our conversation jumped right in didn't hesitate to help us! Within 10-15min out problem was solved and my son's phone was fixed the same day! Not to mention he has an awesome and cheerful personality! I will never go anywhere else as long as he is there!! Seriously Luis we can't thank you enough!!! I pray Verizon sees this and gives you a promotion 😁🫶🏽

It seemed to me the manager (I did not get his name) was running things smoothly and making sure each employee in the room was able to do his job. I had the feeling that the manager there was leading the team calmly and with integrity. I have recently switched to Verizon and didn't really expect better customer service from any cellphone company (isn't that sad?) but my two interactions with Verizon as a customer needing service have been great. One was online via chat and the other was this one. If Verizon is trying to up their game and become known for good customer service, it has been evident to me, so far. I will always choose to go to the Verizon store on Newberry Road in Gainesville-- or wherever Dennis and this manager are working.
