We came in on Sunday and asked about an upgrade, Queen went above and beyond to look into our account and not only found the upgrade that was best for us but also assisted us with a business account for our new small business. This was a longer process than we all expected but Queen never gave up and never wavered. She had to deal with VZW customer service several times and they are no where near the caliber of who was right there in front of us. Queen showed great patience and understanding as we berated her countless questions. Not only did we get this level of service but I was able to witness first hand each and every employee there that day gave amazing service to their customers as they came in. AJ, Louis, and Dennis continuously bounced back and forth from customer to customer and kept the store moving. Additionally, while Queen was working her magic the others jumped in to help her, answer questions and just overall "keep us company." Ive never received service this good at the phone store and it blew my mind. Our new friend Austin who deals with the business account side of things did not hesitate to help out as much as he could ON A SUNDAY. just overall remarkable and I truly hope that management will see this, these folks are a true team!

My husband and I were dealing with major issues switching from AT&T to Verizon, and they went above and beyond to help us. They stayed late, located a phone when none were available in the state, and ensured everything was completely resolved after the store had already closed, even staying more than an hour past closing. Their dedication and customer service were outstanding. Verizon corporate-please give these amazing employees a raise. They deserve recognition for the level of care they provide. Thank you again, Bob and Hailey !
