  Absolute Nonsense. Wanted to surprise the wife and grab 2 new phones. They put poor Anna in the store all alone on a Sunday. From opening my account, to selling to 2 phones, could not have gone worse. I asked some simple questions about the devices and such before I knew it, Anna was flipping me off, cussing me out, ran into the back office, slammed the door, and refused to give me my devices after shutting my other phones down and charging me for the new devices. I had to wait 30mins until the manager to arrive, after being locked out of the store. Once she came, I was handed the two phones and told they wouldn't reverse the sale because the devices were opened... (BY THEIR STAFF ANNA)!!! I hadnt even touched the phones at this point. I cannot stress, I never raised my voice, I never cursed, and I was never unprofessional to Anna. I hope they watch the camera feeds.
