Came into the store for a refurbished device because of an issue with my previous device. Which ultimately was a waste of my time. UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Owner thought it would be professional to go off on a tangent to a customer over the phone about business cost and how expensive it is to pay the customer service representative and store over head. All because I didn’t understand how a $10 refurbished phone turned it to a $90 bill. Would not recommend. I wish I could give 0 stars. Why is the store rep calling the owner and the owner going off on the customer. Smh disgraceful!
