  Jonayra is the sweetest customer service employee I’ve ever met. She was super easy to approach and made me feel cared for. She was patient and a pleasure to work with. If you ever need assistance I would highly recommend to ask for jonayra :)

  Jonayra was the one who helped me. While the service was fast because the store was empty I had to walk in the store before her, before she even got off her phone and realized I was a customer. She tried to scam me and sneak over $100 worth of accessories and services onto my purchase. Automatically enrolling me in services she never mentioned or got my consent to. When I told her I didn't want a phone case because there were only two options that were both ugly and $50 and only one was actually mag safe she continued to push me over 5 times after I definitively said no and then said "What, you don't like the color or something?" With some type of judgmental attitude for some reason. Then proceeded to try to add on a "free screen protector" if I buy the case in which I said I'm not buying a case I don't want unless my activation fee is waived which is still less than the value of that crappy $1 screen protector you throw onto every purchase that you mark up to $15 and the stupid case combined. She then stared at me blankly like she's never done her job and then said she had to ask and couldn't get it approved, which I can respect, but then stop pushing me to buy the stupid case after I made my conditions clear, after I already said I didn't want it. I don't like to be shaken down, tricked, and disrespected especially so stupidly, I'd have some respect for upselling or pivoting onto a different accessory or even negotiation but this is very clearly someone who doesn't not belong in sales and customer service and it's also very clearly the result of terrible management, no sales training or oversight, and a poor management of stock options at multiple price points and current market trends. I only came to this Cricket because you're the only one in town with phones in stock ever and I see why, walking in isn't worth the hassle. If you have to defraud your customers to make your store profitable then you should probably just close your store.
