  I have had a fairly terrible experience. Almost everything I've boughten from the Gainesville. Best buy has had to be returned as defective amounting to over $5,000 plus dollars and still have problems with the replacements. They are not helpful with getting the proper device that actually works and as a severely medically ill Customer who lives in Bellevue, it is extremely difficult for me to get back and forth to this Best buy to try and get proper working devices. Examples are Google pixel 10 pro Google pixel 10 pro XL Google pixel watch 4 a $1,500 laptop to start. Very disappointed and how much I've spent and the quality of the customer service and product.

  They have a lot of what anyone could be looking for but usually not exactly what you need if you’re looking for anything more than surface level tech. Would not recommend geek squad either. Best thing i’ve ever been able to get from here was an HDMI cable

  Been shopping at this location for years now. Me we have any problems and can usually get help. The store is always clean and organized. Checkout is normally pretty quick. Especially with the use of online ordering for pickup and curbside. This location is always well stocked. It has plenty of options on products. The parking here is easy. It's also a convient location with it being near Butler plaza.

  I couldn't find what I was looking for and this young lady at the front was kind enough to not only point in that direction, but actually take me to exactly where it was! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!

  I work DoorDash Monday-Friday, and unfortunately i had to shop Sunday (3/15/2026) and Monday (3/16/2026) for my orders at this location and with all of the workers that were just standing around at the door, i counted at least 4-5 on both days, and not a single person greeted me. Instead i was stereotyped and followed around the store, sometimes at a distance but close enough for me to notice. I hate making things about race but all of the guest that were not my color were greeted & got help but i was left to figure it out on my own. DO BETTER BEST BUY, everybody’s money spends the same.
