Felt stron armed into upgrading service. And some features like my fitbit won't work because it says still connected to old phone which I had to surrender.

I decided to take him with to pick out a phone color and case. When I arrived I told the young lady behind the counter I wanted to take advantage of the promotion I saw on my app. The promotion allowed me to trade in my device and have about $20 left to pay for a new phone. So with my family standing there the girl behind the counter told me "That promotion wasn't available" The only promo was to use the trade phone to add a line with device protection as well as AI software. One call and 55 minutes later with Verizon Customer Care and its resolved. But, I had an $820 balance on the phone that is now $0. I knew I would be able to handle this with Customer service but each time I was asked to sign something she attempted to slide subscriptions by me. Scam City, I will never step foot back in this store.
