    Beware of this store. their Rep added another unnessary cell line while I was trying to upgrade my wifes phone. I had to call Customer service to have it removed and I really don't think she knew what she was doing, She seemed to struggle with questons or was short with her answers. Also is it Verizon's policy to charge extra to setup a new phone "data Transfer"? I managed to get the data transfered but the connection was not correct and I had to return to the store where another Rep fixed the problem. It use to be when you went there, You walked out of the store with a working new device not a bag full of new expensive junk to figure out. I've been with Verizon for 18 years and I'm really considering making the a switch to another carrier next go around.

    I bought phones from here a few months back. I was told about a promotion they have going on where if you switch carriers they will pay your old devices off with the old carrier up to $800 per line. I had 2 phones with AT&T and decided to switch to get this deal. Both phones had about $560 left on them. I was told I would receive and email and info on how to upload my last bill from AT&T so I can get the gift cards to pay off my old phones. I have still about 6 months later not received an email and I have called Verizon multiple times to try to get this resolved and figure out how to upload this bill to get them money. I spent hours on the phone with reps and no one is able to help me. I tried to call the store and they said I have to contact corporate which is absolutely ridiculous. I want the money that is owed to me since AT&T is now trying to turn me into collections for over $1200. To say I’m angry is an understatement. I will be contacting a lawyer for false advertising if I do not get my money. Don’t buy phones here because all they do is lie and also don’t ever switch to Verizon they suck! And their customer service is garbage.

    Nathan was awesome with my sister who has dementia. After helping her he helped me based off a joke a made about my phone company, that night I switched to Verizon and cut my monthly bill by more than half. Thanks Verizon and Nathan!

    We switched back to Verizon after being with AT&T and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly, patient, and very helpful in walking us through all of our options. We ended up getting 5 new phones, streaming perks, and comparable plans for the same price we were paying with AT&T. Everything was explained clearly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Really glad we made the switch back.
