    I had an outstanding experience with the team at Verizon, especially Matt and Manager Cody. Matt helped us upgrade and get three new phones, a new apple watch, and an iPad at no cost through available promotions, and the entire process was smooth and professional. There was an issue with my second bill after the changes where Verizon mistakenly added a large chargeback for “trade-in value adjustment,” even though Matt had correctly processed the trades as damaged during our initial visit. I went back to the store and Matt and Cody immediately stepped in to help. They were able to get some of the charge removed right away and gave me the corporate number to resolve the rest. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to get the remaining charges completely removed before the bills due date so that I only had to pay my normal monthly bill. Which is much lower than some of the other service providers. Matt also went above and beyond to ensure we received our payoff credits for the three phone lines we switched from AT&T, which took extra effort on his part. Sarah was also extremely helpful with returning a device and getting my galaxy watch line set up. Another representative whose name escapes me helped us on a different visit as well, and the whole team was consistently professional and supportive. I’m extremely happy with the customer service, professionalism, and follow-through from Matt, Cody, Sarah, and the rest of the team. They truly took care of us and made sure everything was resolved the right way. Highly recommend this store and their staff! I have been a customer with Verizon for 17 years because they have always had the best coverage and great customer support!

    I had nothing short of a great experience going into the Verizon store. Jacob Stewart has assisted me everytime. He is patient and when I had an issue with my bill, 2 months after he sold me my products, he was eager to assist and got it figured out and fixed immediately! Although the lady that greeted me tried to send me away with a phone number and was persistent about it. (But this review isn’t about her) I would also like to say that the Manager, Taylor, was the one who got my issue escalated at corporate… what would’ve taken days maybe weeks to fix (it was a big issue) only took a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend going into the store and asking for Jake!

    Verizon sucks. The customer service at this store is terrible. Im switching phone carriers after more than 20 years because the Verizon service is bad.

    Beware of this store. their Rep added another unnessary cell line while I was trying to upgrade my wifes phone. I had to call Customer service to have it removed and I really don't think she knew what she was doing, She seemed to struggle with questons or was short with her answers. Also is it Verizon's policy to charge extra to setup a new phone "data Transfer"? I managed to get the data transfered but the connection was not correct and I had to return to the store where another Rep fixed the problem. It use to be when you went there, You walked out of the store with a working new device not a bag full of new expensive junk to figure out. I've been with Verizon for 18 years and I'm really considering making the a switch to another carrier next go around.
