Okay yes, this place went above and beyond. I took my kitty to get spayed and the service was really good. The treatment they gave her there was very kind and nice and the doctors and vets were very informative. I'll bring my other cat next here!

Canceled our appointment without calling us. We both left work early and when we arrived to find out they rescheduled us for a week from now. They say it's because they had to go into surgery, which I get, but it's just not right to not let us know. When people do that to medical facilities they want to charge you or not accept you, etc. We there's a specific reason we needed to do this today and if we had known we could have made alternate plans.

The prices are astronomical. Don’t let them talk you into a treatment plan. Just find a different vet. I signed a treatment plan for my dog to get care at a lower cost. My dog had a swollen breast. They sent me home with antibiotics. After one week of the antibiotics not being effective I brought the dog back in and they monitored her overnight. Antibiotics they put her on. We’re not effective towards her infection in the breast. They should have put the dog on IV antibiotics. My dog died three days later and the contract that I signed, stating if the dog passed away that the treatment plan would be terminated. This was not honored. They said the debt of the treatment plan to a collection agency instead of honoring the contract. Now the collection agency hit my credit. I would have to hire an attorney to fight this. They are an animal care for profit. They took the money from my wallet, killed my dog and destroyed my credit. I pretty much have to pay or drop more mind to fight this. Should never sign a contract and it not be fulfilled by the other party.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at VCA. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely caring. Dr. Wallace and Dr. A takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and truly treats our dog like family. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and it shows in the level of care they provide. The entire team goes above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable. We are so grateful to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinary team caring for our dog! Thank you, Christina, Berry and Snowy
