We traded in two phones and had to request a receipt, as one was not offered. Even then, the document provided was not a formal receipt. Currently, our account reflects that only one device was received instead of two. When we called for assistance, we were told that nothing could be done unless we visited the store in person. Upon doing so, we were simply advised to “wait until it shows up” and were given no further guidance or support. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told none were available. I was then informed there was a team lead, yet no name or contact information could be provided, which was concerning. If the staff was unable to assist, I would expect escalation to someone with further training/knowledge be more than willing and available to assist. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. I would not recommend this location. It is worth driving to the Stuart store to avoid unnecessary frustration and save you time in the long run.
