- GGGabeDec 26, 20251.0Do not go here! If you do, make sure to check your phone bill immediately after. I had numerous “perks” added to my line. Over $100 worth, due to employees receiving bonuses for each perk added. One of the employees was recently fired for this. I had to get with corporate to have them removed and they appeared AGAIN without my approval. This is NOT Verizon, but a 3rd party who is able to scam you, be careful.

- LRLucy RobertsonDec 17, 20251.0Stopped in Nov 24 to check on volume issue. Was talked (conned) into trying new Verizon deals. We were there for 4 hours and were told we had to go back next day. We were told if we got new iPhones they would be free along with 2 Apple Watches. Then Max had us try Verizon internet and said we would get free tv. When we finally got our equipment and took it home we decided against internet and called Verizon who had us ship internet box back using ups which we did immediately. We looked online on our Verizon account and found out our next bill was going to be $700 and $400 the following month. We returned the phones and watches Dec 1. We have been to that store 5 times (25 minutes away) and still don’t have our refund $389. They swiped our card for a partial refund but it never came through. We have wasted more time and energy on MANY calls to Verizon. I will NEVER go to another Verizon store that is not a corporate store. Total SCAM. BEWARE!!
