Horrible customer service. Walked in and sat down waiting for staff. He never acknowledged us. There was one other customer that he was waiting on. After about 10 minutes of waiting and never being acknowledged, another customer walked in and started acting obnoxious about having to wait. Staff then helped the obnoxious guy next!!! Still without even acknowledging us when we were the only other customers in the building. Rewarding obnoxious customers and ignoring the customer that waits their turn is no way to run a business. We walked out and won’t be back.

Dad recently went in just to upgrade his phone but an additional two lines added to his plan unauthorized. Spent hours on the phone with customer service to handle the situation. Bill was up to $600 when the lines added. Not sure if someone at store was trying to meet a sales quota but the customer service rep agreed that was probably what happened. BEWARE.

I’ve had the worst experience with this store and recommend going anywhere else (even switching phone providers) before going to this store. Not sure what I did to deserve the service I got based on all of the other amazing reviews on this store. I came in on a Sunday- a worker named John was working. He looked miserable and spoke less than 10 sentences to me the entire time. He ordered me a new phone, asked what color, I said silver and he then ordered a deep blue phone. He did not confirm with me before he let me leave (I just trusted he ordered the right one). This is not a real Verizon store- but rather an authorized retail store which I was not aware of. I called to cancel the phone and he was rude and short again. I could not re-order the correct phone on the Verizon website without him canceling the order which he said he did. A week later I get a phone call from a worker named Trinity saying that the deep blue phone is ready for pick up. I explained that this was supposed to be canceled and how frustrated I was. She was also rude over the phone and very short. It has been a two week process of trying to get the correct phone and I still can’t get It because this store will not properly cancel my order. Bad customer service and I will never be returning to the store and I’m considering switching providers.

Do not go here! If you do, make sure to check your phone bill immediately after. I had numerous “perks” added to my line. Over $100 worth, due to employees receiving bonuses for each perk added. One of the employees was recently fired for this. I had to get with corporate to have them removed and they appeared AGAIN without my approval. This is NOT Verizon, but a 3rd party who is able to scam you, be careful.
