My phone died and 2 different Verizon stores told me that there was nothing they could do. Kenia was able to get me a new phone and had my account squared away in less than an hour! She really cared that I had no phone and had me in a new Pixel 10 Pro XL before I left. My phone is now good-to-go and I am a happy guy! Go see Kenia...you will be glad you did!
