I originally came in to trade my iPhone 12 Pro Max for a 17 pro max and to switch companies. The first person who helped me accidentally gave me the regular phone instead of the one I wanted. He told me he would order the correct 17 Pro Max and that it would arrive in two days. A whole week went by with no update, so I went back to the store. The first sales rep was not there, and the order status in the app showed delivered and signed by a person named David, but nobody could locate the package. I came back again another day and that’s when Gio stepped in. At first the phone still couldn’t be found, but Gio took the time to investigate. Gio personally found my phone, it was delivered to another location. He made sure everything was handled the right way. He was patient, professional and truly cared about solving the problem. I also ended up getting my Apple Watch with his help. Thank you, Gio, for going above and beyond. You turned a frustrated experience into a great one, and I really appreciate you!
