The skinny boney guy with glasses just gave me such a terrible experience and started giving me attitude when I told him I wasn’t sure if I was going to purchase today. I started questioning him because he told me my phone bill “might” go up but he couldn’t tell me for sure if it would or not. I’ve always been allowed to get price quotes in the past and today because this sales guy wasn’t sure he was gonna get his commission, he treated me very poorly. At any other location I have never been treated like this and he made me want to entirely switch phone providers.. As someone who works in sales themselves, he has disgusting behavior as a customer service employee.. very unprofessional

I call bs. What’s the point of having a storefront that’s also there to help with CS requests? If they’re trying to help their bottom line or quotas, sending their foot traffic away is probably not the smartest thing to do. Are they there to hang out? Or help out?
