I called the number and was informed that this location can in fact do it however it affects their “store numbers” so that’s probably why they pawned it off. Talk about a horrible way to see a customer.

- AFAdam FisherOct 16, 20251.0I got Wifi here. The staff was good.. However, I work on a boat for months at a time... there was a problem with my account... they disconnected after 2 weeks. I called customer service and they assured me I could deal with it when I got off boat. So 7 weeks later I got off the boat. Tried to pay and get it turned back on.... I found out they charged over $320 in late fees and sent my account to collections, even after I explained to them there is nothing I can do till I got off boat...... Verizon is a horrible company to deal with and they have no care for anyone who might have a schedule that dosen't fit a 9 to 5... I will never do business with them again and qould recommend anyone reading this do the same... After the fact, I tried to pay them multiple times, I spent atleast 8 hrs on phone in about 10 different phone calls that for some reason kept getting disconnected.. they would transfer me constantly and then eventually it would j I st get disconnected.. The last time I called I recorded the conversation out of frustration and I told them I havw tried to pay many times.. I also told them I was recording and if they didn't get me to a person so I could pay I would just assume they didn't want the money... Of course they dont, because guess what after the 4th transfer I got disconnected..... Horrible business practices If I could give no Stars I would I have since taken my business to AT&T...
