She was patient, attentive and thorough and really went above and beyond to get me and my family what we wanted. I couldn’t recommend Karen enough to anyone needing to go into the Verizon store. She’s the best rep I’ve ever gone to!

I called the number and was informed that this location can in fact do it however it affects their “store numbers” so that’s probably why they pawned it off. Talk about a horrible way to see a customer.
