    My wife and I went in and ordered three new phones the gentleman that worked with us name was Stone. He was extremely patient very workable there were lots of problems that had nothing to do with him or the store itself but calling Verizon headquarters or whoever they call was having problems. But he stayed with it for a very long duration probably several hours and worked really hard and was calling whoever he needed to call trying to get a breakthrough on some glitch Verizon was having with our account. You could tell he was tired at the end of it all trying to make it work with the people he was having to deal with. Stone was the best I would recommend him to anyone. He had a good spirit to him. When we went back in a second time for the appropriate technicalities he sought us out when he seen us and helped us again.

    Always a long line- service is average at best. After waiting 30 minutes, we finally realized they forgot to even press “enter” to get us in the queue. Then after we’re seen- they tell us that they can’t honor an app’s promotion, and basically told us to do everything on the app without providing any assistance. We left and had a much better experience elsewhere- where the app deal was honored. Strongly recommend going to a CellularSales where the reps actually care- corporate Verizon employees don’t seem too.

    Stay away from Dravon the sales associate. He upgraded my phone by adding a new line that I wasn’t aware of & now I have to call and have customer service help me fix it. He told me I was available for an upgrade with an $2.77 additional fee to my bill & I got to keep my old phone and he sent me a new phone in the mail. Come to find out from my bill he just added a device to get me a phone, instead of me disconnecting my old phone to transfer to a new phone. Scammed. Also elders stop getting scammed with the over price assessors they tell you need. They are marked up. I saw them doing this while in there. Oh, I’ve been a customer for 23 years to show my experience.

    Took them 30 minutes to check me in. I sat for another 45 minutes. Service/sales times are ridiculously long. For a tech company, it's a pretty sad sight. Maybe they will consider integrating steps to simplify your process and show your customers that you actually care. Chairs and showroom was very uncomfortable and loud with several people on their speakerphone. I would recommend not coming to this poorly run store.
