    I have stopped at the Verizon store on Cleveland Avenue in Fort Myers three times to try to get a problem with my phone regarding text messages to individuals rejected. I was told to take pictures of the failed transmissions so I could show customer service the problem. The last time was about two weeks ago, when a customer service representative by the name of Davion told me he fixed the problem. The same problem has persisted and I have taken subsequent screen shots, so I stopped in again today to try again to get my phone fixed. Unfortunately, I again encountered Davion, who was very negative from the beginning, probably because me showing up again at Verizon meant his "fix" hadn't work. When I showed him failed text screen shots from about a week prior, he told me he needed more recent information. I asked him why that would that matter. He became even more defensive, and even showed me the door. I said I did not come to Verizon to be insulted and did not intend to leave until my phone was fixed, so I asked to see the manager. Davion obviously had a chip on his shoulder and acted in a very condescending manner toward me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Davion should be summarily fired before he treats more customers in the manner he treated me. The only good part of this experience was that Constance, through a great deal of effort, was able to fix my phone.

    I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years! Not that that really get you anywhere! I have an iPhone 12 and I’m all packed up to get the new iPhone 17! So I walk into the store that I go to when I need to & They have no organized system on how to check people in so people came in after me are getting checked in before me. I mentioned to the man and he ignored me and continue to check in the other man so I don’t know if it’s he thinks men are more important or what but very disappointed in this store. Will no longer shop here. To the Apple Store I go!

    Been a Verizon client for 18 years. I have gone into the store 3 times over the last 5 years and I wonder why Verizon wastes money on having a store front. They pay employees to not be helpful and make 0 sales unless you are brand new. It seems to be a scam. Probably why everyone is paying so much for their cell service so we can have store fronts that do nothing. Don't waste your time making an appointment just call the 1-800 and actually get someone who wants to sell you a phone and help you. You will be much happier. If you need technical help you are better off heading to Best Buy.
