He was extremely patient very workable there were lots of problems that had nothing to do with him or the store itself but calling Verizon headquarters or whoever they call was having problems. But he stayed with it for a very long duration probably several hours and worked really hard and was calling whoever he needed to call trying to get a breakthrough on some glitch Verizon was having with our account. You could tell he was tired at the end of it all trying to make it work with the people he was having to deal with. Stone was the best I would recommend him to anyone. He had a good spirit to him. When we went back in a second time for the appropriate technicalities he sought us out when he seen us and helped us again.

Then after we’re seen- they tell us that they can’t honor an app’s promotion, and basically told us to do everything on the app without providing any assistance. We left and had a much better experience elsewhere- where the app deal was honored. Strongly recommend going to a CellularSales where the reps actually care- corporate Verizon employees don’t seem too.
