  No way to contact them they refuse to answer phone calls even to there national line. Operator tried several times they sent out a touch screen laptop only to return it without it being a touch screen. Simple repair send back switch screen and return they had it 4wks now I get a message to goto store 4 replacement which the squad guy told us at time we could switch or exchange they have nothing close to what we have in replacement so it will be a lower end computer. I can order the part on Amazon cheaper than the $50 charge yet they say they can’t get the part for it. The sad part about it is I joked with the check in guy about the repair not working so he laughed and said it happens and a guy earlier had a touch screen that when returned didn’t work I laughed and told him it was a touch screen and he’s like let’s make sure then the omg look it didn’t work so multiple devices on the same day came back with bad repairs. So guessing that guy is also being told they can’t fix and being offered a lower end product as well.

  If you have an Apple Product that you would like looked at or fixed, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going to the Fort Myers' Best Buy Geek Squad! ~ I assure you, you are going to have to end up taking the longer drive to the Apple Genuine Bar at Coconut Point. I found Manager Sadi and Emilio to be incompetent and a 2 hour waste of time. They put their charger on my Mac Book Air to try to power up it up. With their charger and diagnostic, it still would not power up. At that point they made me believe the computer was fried and that since the local Apple Center doesn't service, I needed to mail it to Apple in TX to get it fixed. They are wrong about that - many fixes can be done at the local Apple Center. Best Buys' Geek Squad charger and my 2 charges would not turn my computer on. I couldn't bear the wait of no computer so I made an appointment and drove down to Estero. My Coconut Point Apple Tech plugged it in with his charger and it fired right up. He even gave me his charger since my computer was still under Apple Care Extended warranty. Geek Squad will not honor your Apple Extended Warranty and does not know how to properly access what is troubling your computer. I wish I would have seen a review like mine before heading there.

  I highly recommend Geek Squad in Ft. Myers. Always make a online appt. For fast service when you get there. The techs are very knowledgeable and patient. They will do quick fixes when possible. If you have to leave your device, they have never been more than 2 days(depends on issue). Their checkin is easy and you can walk around while waiting. They will text you if you aren't in their waiting area.
