    I’m VERY HAPPY and impressed with the Geek Squad at this Best Buy!!! I had an iPad that was stuck in a black screen that I was told by two different ubreakifix places that it was not salvageable. Best Buy took me as a walk in and fixed the iPad in 20 minutes and didn’t charge me!!! They are so sweet and kind and honest and they made my day. I’ve had the iPad for a long time and it had sentimental value to me so it meant a lot to me that they were able to save it. Highly recommend this location to anyone needing service.

    30+ minutes waiting for Geek Squad when all I need is a credit to replace something they couldn't repair. This could have been done in less than 2 minutes. Pretty ridiculous. People have stuff to do and shouldn't have to sit around when they don't need a repair. Give people the money you owe them and move on to the next.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Fort Myers Best Buy. My mother ordered a $2,600 gaming PC and monitor for pickup. Within ONE HOUR, she was notified it had already been picked up, by someone who was NOT her. When she went to the store, staff first claimed someone showed ID and the barcode. Then management reviewed footage and admitted the item was NEVER EVEN IN STOCK. So let me get this straight: You sold an item you didn’t have, marked it as picked up, and are now refusing to refund the customer? She has now had to call the sheriff while standing in the store. This is beyond poor service, this is a complete breakdown in security, inventory control, and customer protection. Do better.

    This review is for the Lively jitterbug phone service through Best Buy. Everything is reasonable except oh my gosh update the Lively website. Every visit to pay my mom's phone bill the website is so very slow! This has been for all the years we've been with the service. Best Buy it's time to put some money into improving the response speed of the Lively service website please. Ugh

    Estimado equipo de Best Buy, Me pongo en contacto para expresar mi descontento con la experiencia que tuve al abrir una tarjeta de crédito de Best Buy para realizar una compra específica (PlayStation). 1. La tarjeta me fue ofrecida con la explicación de que podría utilizarla para mi compra, pero nunca se me informó claramente que incluía una membresía anual con costo adicional. 2. Antes de recibir físicamente la tarjeta, ya me estaban cobrando la membresía, algo que no acepté ni autoricé, y que no me fue explicado adecuadamente por el personal de servicio al cliente. 3. Al final, se me indicó que lo mejor sería pagar con mi tarjeta de crédito personal, haciendo que la tarjeta de Best Buy no me sirviera para nada, y generando cargos injustos.
