I came in to upgrade my phone and while we were working on that he was able to help get some discounts and save everyone on my phone plan money! I came back in with my parents and he was able to help my mom (who isn’t the most tech savvy) get all set up on a new phone. He took the time to explain the difference in the phone plans for them and got them set up on the phone plan best suited for them! THEN my fiancé has had such a hard time switching plans and getting everything set up and Jorge was able to take the time and get his account corrected when NO one else at other stores would. This team here at the store is the best!

Also explain a great promotion on a new tablet And great customer service. Also helped me get Netflix and YouTube, also speaks Spanish which it made it easier!!
