I had no idea that there was a main filter under the plastic exterior filter piece that I remove weekly to clean the dust and build up. He showed me how to remove the metal and clean it and put it back. Pleasant and efficient. Just another reason Dyson is worth the price.

I was coming in from Miami-Dade County in the afternoon, so it was already a long ride with traffic, and I had very little hope for my hair dryer after thinking it had completely stopped working. Raymond took it in right away and provided such amazing, wonderful service. He was very personable and made me feel truly welcomed. I honestly hope that every time I need help with my hair dryer or an occasional cleaning, I get to work with him again, because wow, what outstanding service! Great job, Dyson! This kind of experience is exactly what makes me continue to stay loyal to these products.
