  My dyson stopped sucking air, and a quick search on dyson.com for service centers brought me here. I arrived 15mins before closing time but Mike was super nice and helped fix my dyson, explaining and showing me exactly what was wrong with it. Only paid for the new part <$40 and saved hundreds of $$ because I thought I would have to get a new one. They also cleaned my dyson entirely before returning it which was a super nice gesture. Would highly recommend!

  I recently took my vacuum to the Dyson Service Center in Fort Lauderdale, and the experience was honestly flawless. I was expecting a long turnaround, but the service was incredibly fast. Not only did they efficiently replace the battery and the filter, but they went above and beyond by providing a full cleaning and replacing the rubber sealer for free. It’s rare to find a service center that genuinely cares about the longevity of your machine and provides those extra "surprise and delight" touches at no cost. My Dyson feels brand new again. I’m extremely happy with the results—thank you to the local team!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dyson authorized service location. I drove approximately 40 minutes from my home to have my Dyson hair dryer evaluated after it stopped working. The technician who assisted me looked at the product briefly and immediately stated that my hair dryer was an “old model” and therefore had no repair solution. The dryer is a Dyson Supersonic from around 2018, which is a premium and expensive product. Despite that, the technician did not open the appliance, did not run any tests, and did not take it to the back for a proper diagnosis. He simply looked at the model and concluded that it was “too old” and should be discarded. I find this approach unacceptable for an authorized repair center. It is not reasonable to declare that a product has no solution without performing any diagnostic process. No attempt was made to identify the actual problem. As a Dyson customer who paid a significant amount for this product, I expected to be treated with more respect and professionalism. Instead, I felt dismissed and poorly attended. The technician barely acknowledged me and made no effort to investigate the issue. Because of this lack of evaluation and support, I was essentially told to throw away an expensive appliance without any technical justification. This is a serious lack of consideration for the consumer and does not reflect the level of service one would expect from a Dyson authorized repair center. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location
