Make sure you ask for your receipt even though their story will be that their printer isn’t working! My father was there to get a phone with a new number since metro was refusing to give him his account information Because they needed his lost phone present ( another thief company ) to be able to transfer to cricket and the girl named Dayana said she had a great deal for him for a phone and my dad bought the amazing deal not knowing the deal was adding a whole bunch of stuff worth $150 dollars and a phone prices $70 that was not even given to him (she kept) how can a $70 Motorola 2025 phone and first month plan be almost $350 but my father didn’t know any better it never crossed his king this youn lady was taken advantage of. Him . Fortunately Cricket sent a message with order details and realized all that went on in the transaction. it’s really unfair not just because you see a man that doesn’t speak English you should take advantage of a person. Definitely we will be taking our service elsewhere. I really hope the company teaches their employees to stand by principles and not just to make a Sale. Lesson learned for our family never let your parents shop alone just in case they cross by a thief like Dayana
