  I wish I could give zero stars. Adam in appliances was genuinely nice and helpful in the store; he’s the only reason this isn’t a complete zero. But Best Buy as a company is an absolute disaster when it comes to actually delivering what they sell. On November 3rd I purchased an entire kitchen package (refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave; over $5, 000). They promised delivery within 7–10 days. Three weeks later (today, November 21st) it still has not arrived and the delivery has been rescheduled THREE separate times with no explanation other than “it’s not in the warehouse.” When I asked to simply pick it up myself at their warehouse, I was told that’s “impossible” and customers are not allowed to do that; even though the items are supposedly in Florida. This isn’t just bad service; it feels like false advertising. In Florida, under the Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA, Florida Statute § 501.201), it’s illegal to advertise or sell products you don’t actually have available in a reasonable time frame without clear disclosure. Best Buy takes your money immediately but apparently sells items they don’t have in stock and has no real intention (or ability) to deliver on time. After the third cancellation I had no choice but to cancel the entire order. Getting my refund processed was another painful 45-minute ordeal. Never again. Go to a local appliance store or literally anywhere else. Best Buy is great at taking your money, terrible at everything that comes after. Save yourself the headache; shop somewhere that actually has the products they’re selling.

  I just had the most amazing experience with a young professional at best buy and her name is “M”. She is amazing !!! Thank you for living what you do and being só kind and helping two customers at the same time with a smoke. ANYONE GOING TO THE BEST BUY ON 1901 Federal Hwy, please look for “M” she goes by the letter M on her ID !!!!!

  I have shopped at Best Buy many times. I been pleased with the service I receive by the employees who have helped me. I recently moved and I contacted the Geek Squad to reinstall my TV. The man who came to hang it did a great job and was helpful when I had questions. Then came the men who came to do the simple job of covering up the exposed wires. They clearly did not know what they were doing. They were at my house for five hours! They put the TV directly on a beautiful piece of furniture. They put a drill on it too. They chipped and scratched the piece. Someone had to come to fix the part of the sound bar they broke. Then came the best part. After talking to several people and being told my complaint about the chipped/scratched furniture was being escalated and someone would come before 5:00 to look at it (that never happened), a representative told me that the person who came to fix the sound bar said it was an old chip and scratch because there was dirt in it. This is white laminate over wood. The chip and scratch revealed the dark wood underneath. I am very upset that I went through a lousy situation only to be told I was lying and no one would repair the damage. A word of caution, the Geek Squad subs out jobs. The quality service you think you are getting when buy a product and the protection for it, is not what you are actually getting.

  THIS IS THE BEST BEST BEST BUY you’ll ever find in Florida! I Always have the best experience purchasing my electronics here! Specially when i’ve been attended by PETER, honestly, this young man is so professional, he understand the business perfectly, so attentive to details, so fast resolving problems and offering many good options, so the client is satisfied and keep coming purchase more products. HE IS THE BEST and the BEST manager JOSH!!! I congratulated him for managing such a wonderful team with great customer service skills, empowering sales, super professional, super kind, always with a big smile. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
