Geek squad App is a joke ! Verify Appt online , text code that you never goes through. Arrive at 10:12 and 3 customers ahead of you . Nobody around on the floor that helps . They went from 100 to zero since they opened

I'm a touchy feely type person when it comes to tech items (man toys). Best Buy matches Amazon and covers my purchases for two years. Additionally, reward credits keep me coming back. This is an example of where brick and mortar excells.

I went to order the new Ray ban meta for a present for my wife. And I tell the employe that I want the transition one and tell 3 time to make sure you get the transition one. I don’t want to clear one and what I get when they deliver the clear one. They hire people there to work and they don’t even know to do the rights order. Not recommended

I want to leave a five-star review for Best Buy - 1901 N Federal Hwy (Store #543).
I originally purchased a laptop in August and began experiencing serious issues, including documented screen flickering and input problems that made the computer unreliable for professional work. Geek Squad evaluated the device and confirmed that the issue could not be fully resolved, as it appeared to be related to hardware/system updates rather than user error.
What truly stood out was the manager on duty in the Computer/Technology department that day. Even though I was already past the standard return window, he took the time to carefully review my case, my Geek Squad protection, and my long-standing My Best Buy Total membership. He explained the process clearly, step by step, and handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
After following the proper procedure and confirming that the issue persisted, he helped authorize an exchange so I could move to a Lenovo Yoga 7i that better fits my work needs. I paid the difference without hesitation because the solution was fair, transparent, and handled the right way.
I also want to highlight how well this store is using the new Best Buy app — communication, tracking, and in-store coordination were smooth and easy throughout the process.
This location consistently provides great service, but this experience went beyond policy. It showed leadership, accountability, and respect for loyal customers. That manager represents Best Buy at its best.

Headed to home Depot and returning my purchase. Third party delivery service didn't bring the products after I scheduled and now they are telling me I will just have to wait till AFTER the business opens to I stall my order. Yeah, no! J and N High-end Installations is a horrible company and Best Buy lost my business because of them. May be they should really look into who they hire to represent them. Just cost you over 4,000.00 and any future business!
