It is a nice store, the employees are also very friendly and hardworking. I would also like to thank Mr. Shawn, the responsible manager, and Mr. Norman, who works. They helped us a lot both in the exchange process we did when we first went and then with the problem in the device subject to the exchange. We are grateful for the help they have given them.

Apple service has gotten offensive and rude. Our tech, Jim, was obnoxious and called his manager who defended him for being insulted by us. We waited while he helped another customer who came in after us and left us sitting. When we asked him to please help us he responded, "I am busy with this customer and will get to you as soon as I am done!" So we waited and waited and waited. Finally, when he called the manager over, we thought we would get some service after spending $1800. But know, he singled out my wife who is Asian, and said you are not being rude but she is! So we left without getting her phone working and went home to do it ourselves. Never again. The staff is rude and arrogant with little to no training in customer service. The manager reflects the same and explains why the staff is poorly trained. Sorry to see a great company go down like this...

Poor customer service and lack of punctuality. We were given a 1.5-hour repair estimate, yet after dropping off the phone at 4:45 PM, it was still not ready by 7:45 PM. No clear updates were provided beyond a generic apology. This demonstrates a lack of communication and respect for customers’ time.

The experience at Apple La Galería in Fort Lauderdale was not very encouraging. There was only one person available to help with the setup of newly purchased devices, which made the process much slower than necessary, and I ended up doing almost everything on my own. In the end, the staff member who assisted us was very helpful and kind, which I really appreciated. Still, I think they should be better organized and have more staff available for this type of service, especially considering the brand’s standards.

Updated my iPhone as it's required. new update has completely Disabled an enormous amount of functions on my phone. No longer can I view my messages when texting emailing or editing even when writing this, I'm unable to view what's being written except for the first four lines. In addition, all notifications come across the screen, which never happened before I do not even have my notifications enabled. I have to literally delete every single one before it'll allow me to do any swiping when I attempt to swipe, it only shows more notifications. In addition if I swipe to the left my camera now opens if I swipe to the right, nothing happens I swipe down nothing happens. I am required by this new update to delete every notification again. I don't have notifications even installed. I have them off off off off so why would this even be occurring. In addition, text messages from over a year and a half ago completely restored on my phone. I had to delete about 900 messages. Completely flawed once again why does Apple continue to Manipulate our phones. And with no recourse to get things rectified. You make it next to impossible to get help with the phone situation unless you walk into a store which is always a long wait and always filled with an abundance of people shoulder to shoulder and especially at whole entire time nobody's trying to walk into Apple For a phone fix that shouldn't even be occurring. I have to take time out of my precious day to address this situation when apple is $1 billion company a technology company if they can't get this right stop doing updates get it together find a new industry, but my Goodness why I have read an enormous amount of issues other folks have had with Their devices as well. It's very frustrating. And unnecessary.
