  I’ve been dealing with a broken phone for a week. I have AppleCare and had already visited the Wellington and Boca Apple Stores, but didn’t get any real help. I came to the Apple Store in Sunrise, and Amanda went above and beyond for me. For the first time, I felt like someone actually cared and that I wasn’t just a number, but a person. Thank you, Amanda, and the entire team for helping bring my phone back to life. 🙌📱

  They suck ! Screwed up my phone and watch more now and won’t honor the 1 yr warranty ! It’s a real shame what’s become of Apple ! The store was overcrowded with standing room only. Must be a fire hazard ! Someone should look into that ! For such a massive company You would think they Would have more Stores. Instead, Best Buy doesn’t even honor Apple products anymore to repair them on Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale so they obviously know that it was not a good deal with APPLE. I am beyond disappointed after hours and hours of Tech Support over the phone, they forced me to go in there to then create more problems for me. The phone is freezing up even more. This is ridiculous because it’s a iPhone 16 Pro Max with very little storage. Nothing affecting or clogging up my phone. Oh, and by the way, APPLE dictation sucks too! I wish I knew the name of the people who helped me so I could post it on here. I’m beyond disappointed in APPLE after having APPLE for so many years I think I’m finally ready to switch back to an android. It’s not worth the $900-$1500 that they are charging nowadays for the new phones and I will not an iPhone 17 because I feel that that’s what they’re trying to force me to do

  First off I’m a Baby Boomer.. so this is a scary place for me. Lol.. But Alex made it easy and actually fun💗. Phone conversations with Craig were as kind as well. Yes all the Appleton stores are busy BUT.. These employees got it together. See you today for my pick up. Thank you.. R VanderZanden

  Honestly, I’ve been to so many stores but this is the first Apple Store I’ve been to where the employees actually work to find solutions to problems. Special shoutout to Carrie ! She was amazing, compassionate & caring. If every Apple store had a Carrie I’m sure the customer service would exceed expectations. Thank you so much to the Apple team today for the help they’ve given me with a complicated issue between Apple X Verizon.

  This is my recent experience at the Apple Store in the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale ! I have been a regular customer of this store for sometimes. I went to buy a new iPhone (17pro max). This purchase should’ve been a positive experience for buying a new phone and yet, I left the store feeling frustrated and stressed. Started with when I was transferring my data to the new phone, this consultant approached me without any greeting, just took my old phone and started fiddling with it without offering any explanation. Then, he simply shoved a figure of $130 in my face for my trade in!!! When I asked why $130? As he was chewing gums with his mouth open, he replied, “That’s the price of your trade-in ! I asked why only $130 instead of the price I was quoted for my phone $540 online?!!! When I asked him why the difference , as he continued chewing gum, replied “Because your phone is not in perfect condition “ I asked him “What was the imperfection?” He replied- because your screen is broken as he was pointing at a hairline on the screen protector😳 I asked for his supervisor, who was even more rude than he was and after explaining the situation to her she just looked at me and without a word, started it talking to him, turning away from me. Eventually, after some more waiting, he came back with the correct price for the trade-in of $540. Again without a word of apology or anything except asking me for my account number for the refund. I felt like I was buying a car from a used car lot , not an Apple Store ! Can you imagine that level of unprofessionalism ??? After all set and done like this a normal practice there, he just walked away and none even bothered for any apologies like nothing is abnormal about this kind of customer service and lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope Apple management takes note of these issues and works on improving the professionalism and training of their staff, before is too late and some serious competition appears in today’s competitive market.
