  I had a very disappointing experience with Apple Support regarding my iPhone 17 Pro, which is less than two months old and already experiencing issues. Instead of receiving proper help under the warranty, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from support advisors. One advisor even called me “stupid,” which was shocking and completely unprofessional. I followed every troubleshooting step they asked for and provided screenshots and proof of the issue. At one point they even asked me to repeatedly take photos and send updates, which felt like they were wasting my time rather than resolving the problem. Despite the device being well within the warranty period, Apple refused to properly honor the warranty by repairing or replacing the phone. As someone who has purchased many Apple products over the years—and even as a shareholder—this level of customer service was extremely disappointing. Apple products are expensive because people expect quality and strong customer support. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those standards. Unless Apple resolves this issue, I will seriously reconsider purchasing Apple products in the future.

  Worst experience ever. I have now been to the Apple Store three times with no resolution to fix in my iCloud. Isaac, the geek squad is the worst person to deal with in the store. He’s there to rush you and unfriendly. I have dealt with him twice now and he has submitted my claims both wrong every time and now I have to go back to the Apple Store to resubmit. Isaac should not have a job in the store.

  Today I went to The Galleria Mall Apple Store to get a new battery for my apple phone. I was ten minutes early for my appt. I checked in and told to wait at the genius table for my appt. The employee at the table was assisting two other people. I was there waiting patiently and about 15 minutes into my appt time still no one approached me. Then another couple was seated at the table and from what I could hear they had no appt. Now 15 more minutes goes by and we are at a half hour waiting time past my scheduled appt. Then an employee comes to the table and assisted the couple who came after me. I went back to check in and stated that no one has assisted me. The employee said she would get an employee to assist. I went back to the table and waited another ten minutes. I realized at this point no one was going to assist me. I got up and left. I’m disappointed and will avoid ever having to step into an Apple Store again. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

  Great service. Fast service. Definitely recommend. It’s Apple so obviously the experience is worth it. I love the diversity of employees. Puts a smile on your face. My only concern is the space, for so many employees and customers the space seems just a little too tight. Can be a little overwhelming.

  I stopped by the Apple Store just to take a look at the watches and unexpectedly left with the perfect gift for my husband. I want to sincerely thank Tim, who was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and made the entire experience seamless. Despite having a very busy day, he helped me make a confident decision quickly — and I left the store happy and completely satisfied with my purchase. If you visit the Galleria store, I highly recommend asking for Tim. His professionalism and customer care truly stand out.
