  Came to the center because my motor kept stopping. The guys simply cleaned my filter and now it runs like. All done in less than 5 minutes with no charge. Awesome service.

  Their service is usually great.However this past time (04/01/2026)the guy that helped me (skinny guy with glasses and salt and pepper hair) towards the end when he completed the repair I went to ask him out of curiosity if the problem had to do with a wire and his answer to me was “Are you a technician?” And proceeded to just turn on the vacuum to show me it was working but completely ignored my question and just decided to be sarcastic asking me if I was a technician.I don’t know if maybe he was having a bad day but that’s definitely not the way you speak to a customer that’s merely being curious about their machine. They need to do better when it comes to customer service.The machine got fixed and I’m grateful for that but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back.I think I rather get a new one than to have to hear someone speak to me in a sarcastic way.
