  Just waisted 2 days there to fix my lab top. They do NOTHING to fix it ! They only want to sale you new one! Avoid this location you will save your time!

  The tech was super nice and respectful. However I made an appointment to get my battery changed. Drive to the store which takes 30 mins just for them to tell me they don’t have the parts. What’s the point of having an appointment if they aren’t ready to serve you. I pay monthly for the Apple care product and believe it’s a waste of money. Can’t even get the phone fixed

  In June 2025, I purchased two iPhone 15 devices in Miami — one for myself and one for my daughter. While my daughter’s phone continues to function perfectly, mine stopped working entirely by January 2026, after less than six months of normal use. Upon returning to Argentina, I was informed by Apple support in Buenos Aires that the warranty would not be honored locally. When I contacted Apple Customer Service, I was advised that I might have better options if I brought the device back to the United States. Based on this guidance, I traveled to Miami specifically to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, the experience at the Apple Store was deeply frustrating. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, I was given multiple conflicting responses and even offered a replacement value of less than half of the original purchase price — for a device that failed prematurely and had no misuse. Eventually, my phone was sent to a repair center, where I was told the process would take approximately five days. However, there have been no updates on the repair status, and there appears to be no reliable way to contact the repair center by phone. Repair No: R706387099 Estimated Shipping Date: Mar 27, 2026 This situation is unacceptable. A premium product should come with reliable global support and transparent service. I have been a long-time user of other brands, such as Motorola, and have never encountered anything close to this level of inconvenience and lack of accountability. At this point, I feel misled and unsupported as a customer. I sincerely hope Apple takes responsibility and improves both its international warranty policies and customer service processes.

  Nice place. I bought IPhone 16 Pro Max on Apple Website. And look very epic. I used to have IPhone 7 Plus and One thing I don’t like is waste battery fast cause battery health. I hope this new phone I bought will resist the battery health.

  The best Apple Store! 😎 The best people, super smart, know how to solve problems, genuinely nice (no faking). Had a major issue with my iPhone and they managed to fix it. I entered the store worried if I will lose my data, and then walked out super happy! ☺️
