  Associates were awesome and helped me with my issues and what they couldn't help with, they pointed me in the right direction. The only down side was the wait time. It could be the holiday season or they are just naturally busy but it didn't seem to matter if you had an appointment or a walk in. I still recommend and they were worth the wait.

  Very helpful. There's an agent there by the name of Hector. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Companies should have more like that guy. After that assistance I wouldn't go anywhere else.

  Huge wait time just to have someone show up 7 days later and inform us we had to wait another 4 more days for parts to repair a deforting problem with a refrigerator. They have limited 3rd party contractors working our area, and making the wait times incredibly long.
