I was picking up an order, and bought a coke for the drive back home. The whole transaction was very smooth. The associates were very nice. I made a sarcastic (trying to be funny)comment about weather they laughed and made a funny comment back. It was nice to have a short fun interaction with others that were not taking life so seriously.

Just not worth using anymore . There delivery team does not care . The only words i can think of is Lazy and not caring . I have had 3 attempts to install washer and dryer . THs is for a rental i own and is making me look like im a Idiot but Best Buy Service is

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of service I received at Best Buy.
I was in the market to replace my stereo system, which is over 20 years old.
After doing extensive research, I decided to purchase the Marantz Model 30.
I first visited the Best Buy location in Doral, Florida, where I was informed that the store no longer carries high-end stereo equipment and that I would need to visit the Dadeland location instead.
This took place on Saturday, December 27.
I drove over an hour to the Best Buy at Dadeland and arrived at approximately 5:30pm.
I went directly to the high-end stereo section and waited for assistance. When no one approached me, I searched for a store associate.
The associate I finally found informed me that the only employee knowledgeable in high-end audio had already left for the day and that on one else in the store could assist me. I was stunned and asked him to repeat what he had just told me.
Unfortunately, the answer remained the same-no one was available to help.
I then approached the associate at the store entrance, who suggested that I return another day but advised me to call ahead to ensure that a qualified associate would be scheduled. I explained that I had already driven over an hour from the Doral store only to be told no one could sell me the product I came in for.
It is extremely disappointing to see the level at which Best Buy’s customer service has fallen-especially for customers interested in premium products.
As a result of this experience, I will no longer shop at Best Buy. I ultimately placed my order directly with Marantz.

This is my go to store for sales, promotions and great customer service when it comes to electronics. I want to mention the great service I received during one of the craziest days of the year, black Friday!! I had purchased a TV online, but once I got to the store I saw other deals and decided to exchange what I already had bought. Although the store was full, Ava helped me in the tv section. What a sweetheart! She explained to me the various tv screens, like HLED, OLED, etc. The manager, Daniel, made sure I was assisted with my exchange and even offered free shipping if the TV wouldn't fit my car. Doris assisted me with the exchange, very sweet and polite. I also want to thank Orlando and Ryan in the computer section. I was explained what laptop qualified for my specific needs. So in the long run I got an excellent deal on a TV and laptop! I recommend this store for the variety of products and service.
