We were both incredibly impressed with his kindness and we are both very grateful for Gavin’s help.

The second I mentioned needing a new iPad, they were ready to tell me what promotions we qualified for and made sure we understood how much we were paying and what we were paying for. The wait was a bit long, but I will take a longer wait for true service over some ai bot over the phone. Customer service is always best handled by people✨
