Chris was so sympathetic and helpful although he knew this was not likely to be a sales situation. He patiently and calmly addressed the frozen phone crisis while cautioning that he might not be able to solve the problem. After just a few attempts he was able to get the phone to finally accept and end calls, thank heavens! His demeanor and his skill saved my anniversary vacation. Cannot recommend this business highly enough!
