  Came in for cracked screen cover which Z cheerfully replaced. He was such a personable salesman, I bought a new case for my iPhone 17 ProMax! Will return in the future and highly recommend ZAGG!

  While driving through Coconut Point Mall, I stumbled upon a ZAGG store and decided to check it out—turns out, I’ve used their products before and already have a few of their cases and screen protectors on my phone and Apple Watch. Just recently, my Apple Watch cover broke on the side, and I was planning to file a claim online. But the friendly staff at the store told me I could handle it right there on the spot! They were so helpful and welcoming. Then, something caught my eye—a gorgeous pink phone case, my favorite color—which I simply had to get. I’m absolutely thrilled to have a nearby store where I can get personal help instead of just ordering online. It’s such a fantastic find!

  I just got a new iPhone, and went into the store not knowing what I needed. The salesman helped me find exactly what I needed. He installed my screen protector quickly & professionally. Also helped me to find the right case. I didn’t know these had a lifetime warranty so that was a nice surprise✌️

  Went in to have a new screen protector put on my apple phone. Wish I knew the mans name that was working that day but he was fantastic. He was so nice and did a fantastic job. He Helped me fill out the warranty and told me about a couple of different ways I can get a new one if it happens again. We don’t always live in FL so what to do if I need a new one that was very helpful. Will highly recommend this store again.

  Great experience stop by the Verizon store and they told me about this new store around the corner at Coconut point Mall walked in and the gentleman greeted me with a smile and I was in and out within two minutes. I think it was the best service I’ve had for years thank you so much. I will be referring you and telling you everybody about this store.
