It’s an older model and at 90 was worried about her learning a new model. Ibra said we had insurance and it could be replaced and she could get her exact old model shipped overnight. He walked us through everything. Many sales people would sell you on buying new but felt he was very honest and helpful. Go see Ibra.

The manager (DEI hire) had me in the store for 4 hours and lied to me when she said she fixed my phone to get me out of the store. I run a multimillion dollar business and Verizon can’t seem to figure out how to get the phone to ring without sending everyone to voicemail immediately. Simply unacceptable. Switching to another carrier. Don’t go here, these people don’t value your business.

Thank You to “Moke Vieux” for making the calls to corporate support and ensuring that they followed thru. It would have been easier to say “sorry nothing I can do”, but instead you provided FANTASTIC customer service and I hope management reads this and makes sure to focus on promoting you thru the ranks. If you need new cell service ask for “Moke” and get 1st class service 👍👍👍

Now we have to wait 48 hours and go back in to see if they can do the transfer! This will be our 3rd attempt to do this transfer!
