    Went in to transfer my number to another account. Spent 1 hour on the phone with a Rep and they didn’t transfer my number because there was an “error”! Now we have to wait 48 hours and go back in to see if they can do the transfer! This will be our 3rd attempt to do this transfer!

    Moke, the assistant manager, at Verizon at Coconut Point, helped us transition from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 17. He was exceptional in his service and commitment to his customers. He was cordial, friendly while he still continued to help us as he greeted people entering the store. He’s a true asset to Verizon. It made the whole experience very pleasurable!!! Hank & Denise

    Very dissatisfied with customer treatment and service. Bought a new 17pro and was told all setting would carry over and I would have no problem. Well I had all kinds of issue but the point is when I returned to get help I was treated like I had leprosy ! They.Talked down to me with an attitude. I spent 35 years in the technology field and was well aware that these people have no idea of what they’re talking about. It’s all double talk just to try to confuse the customer. Once I had signed on the dotted line, they wanted nothing to do with me. I suggest finding another dealer or going with Xfinity
