- SASergio AicardiNov 8, 20251.0Went in to upgrade my wife's phone and iPad. Nothing went right. When I got home the iPad had no cell plan even though I clearly told them I wanted the new old iPad cell service transfered to the new iPad. When I came back, there was some young kid who looked stoned out of his mind sitting on his cell phone. He barely had the energy to complete full sentences. Honestly, he looked like a zombie. Nothing about this location is professional, even the air conditioning has been broken for the last two visits spanning over 4 days. It's pretty sad. I'm considering leaving Verizon after 11 years.
