On January 7, 2026, while attempting to purchase a phone, store employees without my permission gained unauthorized access to my Metro by T-Mobile account. They: logged into my Metro account without my permission; requested and received one-time verification codes; shared my personal information, passwords, and verification codes with a third party over the phone without my permission (I personally witnessed/heard the employee calling someone and providing my confidential information); changed my account settings without my permission; accessed and reviewed my payment cards and payment and purchase history without my permission; disabled autopay and made other account changes without my consent. I consider these actions a serious breach of privacy, a violation of Metro by T-Mobile’s terms of service, and applicable data protection laws. I formally request a full investigation and appropriate action against all involved parties.
