Spent $40 on a screen protector for an Apple Watch (had great service with Best Buy employees) but Geek Squad was too busy to apply it. It was 40 minutes to close on a Sunday so we got the installation fee returned and left. We had time the next day to come back and get it installed so we came back on Monday (early afternoon) and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to actually come out of the back room they told us we would have to come back in 3 hours to have it installed. It’s a service I’ve gotten many times before at my local Best Buy back home that has taken minutes and I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not come to this Geek Squad.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever encountered. I have had a broken TV for months. I have been on the phone for hours trying to talk to supervisors and keep getting passed off to different departments. Your company has no standards or work ethic. I am absolutely irate with no call no shows. Especially when I purchased warranty they said it was the best thing I can do. I paid money for a service and you guys don't even give two shits. Better business Bureau is my next call.
