Needed a speaker system ended up getting talked into a fair condition Open box told I could try it at home if I didn’t like it could bring it back with no issues and no penalties tried to bring it back the next day and they would not take it back now!! I am stuck with a $3000 system that is not compatible with my home.

It is extremely evident that Best Buy, over as many years as they have been in business, continues to excel in both staffing and in putting the client/customer first. Daniel’s positive, patient “no problem” can-do attitude and his business-wise technical expertise, made each of my contacts with him a pleasure and a joy. Daniel’s desire to assist and solve any one of my most intricate needs is extremely evident in the focused and deliberate accommodations and considerations that he has afforded me (past and present). I am so glad that this particular branch (Coconut Point, Estero Florida) of Best Buy still exists and still offers that extra special personal touch...which has nowadays become extinct with too many retailers hiring employees who are no longer interested in caring customer service nor do they possess the supreme professional expertise that Daniel exhibits.
