  I purchase a laptop with Windows 360 including the Best buy geek squad to set up your laptop they sure do like to take your money and give you pass you along from person I 1,000 and something dollars though I would be taking home my a laptop today I even explained to them that I was on vacation and that if they couldn't do it but they just wanted to make the money off of me and everybody else some other lady was upset about her microwave not being delivered no phone call no nothing

  Be very careful, they may run your credit without your authorization. Today we had an experience while buying a laptop: they asked for our ID and, without asking anything else, they had already run our credit. We did not want to buy anything on credit—we were simply going to pay in full.

  Went to Best Buy on 12/24 and looked at an open box surround sound system. It was clearly used, banged up, and covered in scratches. We wanted to think about it, so we came back today 12/26 ready to buy it, and the price had increased by $80. I asked the representative if there was anything he could do. He and his manger said no and claimed it was already the lowest price because they need to make a profit. That makes no sense since the exact same item was priced $80 lower two days ago and they would not have listed it then if they could not still profit. He then pointed to the MSRP and said it was still a good deal. The MSRP was the same on 12/24 as it is today. Also, right after Christmas, prices usually go down, not up, especially for an open box item that is visibly worn. We drove back to the store specifically to purchase it, and instead we were told to basically take it or leave it. It feels like Best Buy would rather keep a damaged open box item on the shelf than make a fair sale (and they would have sold it for that price just 2 days prior), and the customer service showed zero interest in helping. People wonder why more customers order online instead of going into stores. This is a perfect example. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  HUGE shoutout to a traveling AT&T vendor/agent Thomas who helped me out on 12/17 at this location. Thomas was very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. In just less than an hour he was able to not only assist me with switching the providers but also offered some great solutions for my new plan and I even got to walk out with a promotional gift and a new iPhone for my mother. We need more people like Thomas saving customers from bad carriers. You’re a rockstar! 💪

  Tried to buy a pair of Meta sunglasses. Asked 6 different associates who said they’d get me someone. Sat there for 45 mins and no one did a thing. Guess you didn’t want to sell a pair? I’ll go buy them elsewhere then lol
