  "I had an outstanding experience at the Apple Store today. The representative abdula, was incredibly professional, caring, and helpful. I came in with a problem with my 16 pro max , and abdula did a fantastic job of explaining my options and quickly sorting everything out, ultimately recommending a repair/replacement. Their exceptional customer service made a potentially frustrating situation seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend asking for abdula if you need assistance!"

  Third time I went to this apple store and everytime the staff is unable to help me. First time my work laptop wasnt properly working and they didnt find the issue. I had to send the laptop to my employer and they had to replace it all together because of a bigger problem with the keyboard. Second time, I went there with my friend who was looking for a new ipad. Unfortunately the staff was not able to answer basic questions so I took over and explained the differences between different models. Third time I tried to return old iphones for recycling purposes, which they told me I had to wait for 30 mins to get assistance or use „online resources“. I was not looking for a store credit but just to act sustainabily and got rushed off. Apple you can do better than this.

  11:16AM The store was very busy. We were there to trade-in 2 iPhones. We waited there for about 10 minutes and no one helped us. The security guard told us to speak with the floor manager who told us there would be a 10-15min wait and he would send someone to assist us. While waiting again, there were multiple employees helping customers and 3 who were not helping anyone. 1, the Floor Manager, had an acquaintance come in and he and another associate gave all their attention to him. The third associate sat on a stool. Other employees who were busy with other customers did well focusing by on the customer in front of her or him. An employee by the name of Asa was AMAZING. While helping a couple, he spotted how we were standing there and asked how he could help us on his own initiative, no one spoke to him. We explained we were there to trade in our iPhones since we recently purchased 2 new iPhones. He explained that he could help us and explained to the couple he was helping that he would be helping both of us. We were all happy with the arrangement because during their lulls while data was being transmitted for their new iPhone purchase, he helped us and vice versa. While helping 2 different groups of people, he also helped support existing employees with their questions AND greeted and helped new customers as they entered the store. He kept constant communication with everyone. We feel he personified Apple professionalism: calm, knowledgeable, impressive multitasking skills, helpful, supportive, and an obvious leader among his peers and customers. He wanted to make sure everyone was seen and heard and followed through. Very impressed! Thank you Asa!

  Not enough employees you come in someone helps you for 5 minutes then their off trying to help someone else even though you have an appointment…no one asked me if I still needed help nothing just let me walk out…5 minutes later a text asking for a review😒
