  Don’t let the lines fool you. The store runs very efficiently. I was impressed with how smooth the service was and they had my iphone fixed in 2.5 hours from start to finish . My phone was a mess when i brought it in. Back was destroyed and now it’s good as new. Highly recommend

  This is the worst Apple Store which. I ever met Probably Apple makes a lot of profit therefore it does not pay attention to custommer service. I purchase an iPhone 16e and asked the tech for transferring data to new phone, he said that he could not complete the procedure for me because it was too late; meanwhile I saw more than an hour remained until the store close.

  Went in for an appointment at 3. Manager jasmine checked me in after I told her I attempted to reset the Apple ID but I learned it cancelled the request if you use you phone. She told me that’s not how it works I then said I think at this point it depends on who u talk with because I’ve been told numerous different things. She must of been offended because she cut me off mid sentence, raised her voice and got a total attitude. Then even I say with the technician he said if u use your phone at all it cancels the password reset password. I asked who checked me in and told him he might want to educate her. Come to find out she is the manager. She should not be working at any customer facing place. The technician that helped me was extremely nice and helpful. Jasmine tho she needs a new job. Horrible experience.

  I went to the store checked in. They told me I needed my phone repaired. I said yes I know that so I’m here - I need my phone repaired. I can not return. They said OK we have you checked in and in two hours Your phone will get repaired. I come back in two hours and get informed that my phone would not be getting repaired today they have no more repair times. I explained to them that I was told in two hours. My phone would be repaired and they said no we check everyone in for an appointment to just be checked in again in two hours that all the time slots for repairs have been taken. I said then why wasn’t I set up for a repair appointment two hours ago before all the repair thoughts were taken. Especially When you know my phone needs to be repaired. They said oh we can’t do that. Everyone has to wait two hours to be checked in first before they could be checked in for a repair. I told them that was unacceptable a complete waste of time and explained I cannot come back another day. I drove all the way to the store to get the phone repaired. I was told when I came two hours ago that the phone will be repaired within when I come back. I was lied to by their employees who did not inform me that they did not set up a repair appointment nor are they able to. that you literally get set up for a check-in appointment that no one is allowed to just walk in and set up a repair appointment everyone has to get the check-in appointment first. So everyone has to waste your time for a check-in appointment before they get their repair appointment even though when you’re checked in, they know the phone already needs to be repaired. The lady is being nasty to me as I tried to explain to her. Do you understand how it’s a waste of people’s time do you understand how I’m allowed to be upset when I told the person I cannot return another day. And she just continuously was back talking and refusing to just simply apologize and say ‘yes it was a waste of your time. We’re sorry we can’t help you today.’ I guess asking people to be nice nowadays is completely unacceptable. Don’t buy Apple products anymore. Their products are not worth it, and the people that work for them are incredibly rude and not worth encountering.
