  Bought an LG C5 open box excellent condition. Remote and screw is missing from base. According to Best Buy geek squad statement “No flaws scratches or scuffs. These include typically all original parts/accessories and the original packaging, offering near new experience at lower price. However I drove from Miami to this Best Buy on Mediterranean Drive Estero FL. When I get back home after 2 hours there was no remote nor screws and now in an endless loop with AI and some ticket service that’s looks to be unreliable and unsolved..

  I'd like to give a big "shout out" to Janet Cruz, Sales Associate, and France, Lead Technician in the Geek Squad. Both of them were very helpful in my purchase of a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. From the actual purchase of the phone to the transfer of photos, addresses and content Janet and France were most supportive and attentive. In my humble opinion, Best Buy at Coconut has the best service team around!

  I went to buy a particular cable modem in Port Charlotte. They did not have one, nor did any store anywhere in Sarasota County. The salesperson found one in Estero, about a 45 minute drive. I paid for it in Port Charlotte, which guarantees it will be there when I arrive. All in all, everything worked out well, and my internet connection is back to its usual self. Thank you to the staff at both stores for making it happen!

  Best Buy usually annoys me but this time the guys were very helpful and I actually walked out with everything I needed!!! Incredible. This location has a great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll visit this location again.
