    Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, but how does THE Apple Store not have stock on hand of the 17 Pro Max more than 7 months since its release? Also had to wait almost 2 hours for a walk in to Genius Bar for MacBook troubleshooting which took 5 minutes to resolve once I was seen. Not the service you expect from Apple.

    May 2, 2026- 130pm I see why this store is rated 3.5. I wish 0 stars was an option. I was just treated so very rudely by manager on duty- Maria or Melia- not sure how she spells her name. She was nasty, condescending, and does not exhibit any professionalism. I truly hope the senior leadership team of this Apple store sees my review and investigates her unprofessional behavior. I asked for another manager several times and she kept coming back to me saying no other manager is available and told me to leave their store. This has been the most disheartening experience that I have had in a long time and I really hope that she gets the help she needs. Malia or Melia- the manager on duty today on May 2, 2026 around 130pm needs to understand that she should treat EVERY customer the same. I truly hope that Apple Coconut Point will address/review this unfortunate event and retrain her. She was an extremely poor role model for the other employees and I hope they dont treat other customers like me as badly as I was just treated. Apple Coconut Point- please address this "manager's" behavior. Thank you for your attention in this matter.

    The manager I spoke to was absolutely HORRENDOUS! She was very passive aggressive and did not want to help whatsoever. I have been to the store 3 separate times with no solutions. I believe her name was Nicole. They really need to find new management. Had the worst customer service and attitude I’ve ever experienced.

    This afternoon, I visited the store with my husband seeking assistance because his phone had broken, and we were unable to access his information. We did everything in our power to retrieve the necessary data, yet it still wasn't enough to help us resolve the issue. We were completely denied assistance in Spanish despite there being employees in the store who speak the language. I speak English myself, but I specifically requested Spanish service and service should never be denied to anyone! The employees are providing false information, they are not doing their jobs properly, nor do they show any interest or willingness to help. I had the opportunity to speak with "Jass," who claimed to be the supervisor; she was RACIST AND DISCRIMINATORY, treating us very poorly to the point of asking us to leave the store. I work in customer service myself, and honestly, if you do not understand what EMPATHY AND COMPASSION mean regarding customers' needs, you should not be working there—least of all setting such a POOR EXAMPLE for the staff while serving as a "SUPERVISOR." To the Apple Managers: I strongly recommend that you review your company's anti-discrimination policies, as well as the laws established in this country regarding hiring practices, because such behavior is punishable by law here.     This was my third attempt to try to have my battery replaced. Each time I made an appointment, and was told return in 2 hours for the repair. When I returned for the repair I was told they could not do it because it was too late even though they were the ones who told me to come back. I then made another appointment today as they suggested. Upon arrival, I was told it could not be fixed today and that it can never be fixed unless I arrive in the morning. I explained this is why we made the appointment as I cannot bring my phone in the morning since I use it for work. Apple has completely wasted my time and they do not care about their customers. My phone is still not fixed. Apple needs to figure out a new system because this is ridiculous. The tech also could not tell us if they had the part in stock and said we could not be helped since it was 6:30 pm. Absolutely ridiculous!
