It should be illegal to charge someone a fee to make a cash payment to the company. I understand this is a franchise but maybe work something out with Verizon to get the machine or do not charge the customer to make a cash payment. That’s pretty crazy and I will now be considering other options for my phone service as I would need to use this Verizon. I was also looked at like I had 3 heads and my information shouted across the store to complete the payment. Sincerely 7 year Verizon customer.

We made an appointment as suggested and were seen before our scheduled appointment time. Our sales representative, Alexa, was absolutely wonderful in getting us in the proper plan that we need it with the proper equipment we could afford. No pressure sales tactics, just straightforward honesty. I cannot say enough good things about this particular Verizon store. I was in desperate need of a phone and my previous carrier could not help me out that same day. Since I rely on my phone for not only personal, but work as do many of us in these days, having a dead cell phone would have cut me off from the world. Verizon was able to put me in a plan that beat my previous plan, a new phone, and an experience so wonderful I couldn't help but give them this glowing review. Five stars doesn't seem like it does them justice.

In my opinion when you go to a store they should have adequate inventory. It made me think they are running a store with other peoples money. I could have ordered the phone on line if I wanted to wait for shipments
