  I had an excellent experience at Cricket Wireless thanks to Jason! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Jason went above and beyond to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. His friendly and professional attitude made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Jason if you visit this store! Cricket Rocks

  I’ve been a Cricket customer for a long time, and I always noticed that the store used to change managers frequently. However, my experience at Cricket Dundee has been completely different with the current manager. She is professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She even gave me her phone number in case I needed anything, which truly shows her dedication to customer service. You can really see the difference her leadership makes in the store. I highly recommend stopping by this location and asking for Liz (if I’m not mistaken, that’s her name). Excellent service and a great experience overall.

  Went today October 14 2025. I needed my phone unfrozen. The gentleman that was working told me once it freezes it can't be unfrozen. He tried selling me another phone. Do I look stupid. I went to the one on Cypress Gardens Blvd. She had the issue fixed in less than 2 minutes.
