She also guidance with a new line for my daughter, and help me with all the apps needs on my daughter’s cellphone. I highly recommend this store to everyone, because she was nice and patience with my family :)

A young Spanish-speaking employee appeared to deliberately give me a hard time, feigning confusion about English to the point where I had to seek assistance from a neighboring business (NY Nails) just to communicate. What truly alarmed me was her attempt to run my payment incorrectly. She repeatedly tried to process my card as “debit” and requested my PIN number despite my clear instructions to run it as “credit.” I personally witnessed her pre-selecting “debit” at the register even though the “credit” option was available. This behavior came across as manipulative, deceptive, and an absolute waste of my time. The entire experience felt unprofessional and scam-like, leaving me to question whether this location engages in disingenuous practices due to low sales or commission pressures. As a customer, this was both frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly urge your company to investigate this matter to ensure no other customers are treated this way. At present, based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone do business at this location. Buyer beware.
