    The guy at the store was very nice. Unfortunately, he could do nothing on pricing. Then, I had to wait over forty minutes on the phone to be told that within four days I would get a ruling on the price increase that I shouldn't have gotten in the first place. Guess I need to make a change.

    This is the worst branch ever. They allowed someone to switch my prepaid phone to an account, that I didn't authorize! I spoke with Javier on 1/9/26 who told me to return the phone and they can put me back on my prepaid account. The phone was turned in yesterday, and I called today to speak to him. I have been more than lenient with them, and several drives and calls to stores as Javier stated after that he can turn my phone on to the original account. Today he acted as if he didn't inform me of this, however, today when I called like he stated he wanted to talk to his manager to give me accurate information. This phone is connected to my job now it's been off for 2 days. And I have every to be upset, and curse if I want too. They created the issue, and then when I asked him to change my phone back, he now states I have to take it back to a store here in MD. I did everything he asked me to do, yet he didn't keep with honesty in making this happen, then hung up on me because I was upset. However, it was a way to get out of accountability. He stated his manager was right there, however, the manager never took the call. I need corporate to give me a call, and I will be making a complaint with BBB and other.

The business account manager comes across as childish and extremely lazy, with zero sense of urgency or ownership. Simple requests drag on, calls and emails go unanswered, and any issue that requires effort gets brushed off or pushed back on the customer. From a business-account standpoint, the treatment has felt unfair and flat-out unprofessional. I expect honest communication, follow-through, and at least a basic understanding of what my account needs. Instead, I’ve gotten attitude and excuses. Verizon’s network and products are one thing, but the way this location handles business customers is a serious problem and absolutely not worth the headache.
