After waiting e hours, left with a disconnected primary phone line. No follow up. Finally after waitung 4 days, and 2 follow up 3-hour calls/chats I made to Verizon I was able to restore the phone. But now tge bill is screwed I and I was charged double twice.

You go in to get a new phone with promotion, everything seems perfect till you get a bill to pay $1500 and end up with extra lines you don’t need and never asked for ! Promises used to SCAM PEOPLE ! Rude workers! Go to DEFUNIAK SPRINGS instead! Much better costumer service and they actually will give you want you want without scamming you and sending you a bill over 1K! What a shame Verizon! Truly a Shame ! This should never happen!

Ordered a new phone and even though this is a corporate store they could not tell me anything about order status. Also, they were not able to active the new phone but still charged the $30 activation fee. They will switch plans for you without being asked to “save” you money but read the fine print. They will add $17 protection insurance and $10 per month AI feature without even asking your permission. At least I caught that and told them to remove it. Been with Verizon for over 16 yrs, after this experience looking to switch to ATT. One lesson I’ve learned from this experience which hopefully will help others-if you are looking to upgrade an IPhone it’s easier and cheaper to just buy the phone from Apple.
