I arrived for my scheduled appointment and waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I sat there the entire time; my laptop was never left unattended or dropped off. I originally came in for a simple battery replacement that was supposed to be sent out to an Apple-certified repair facility. My laptop was functioning (albeit only while plugged in) when I arrived. After they ran their “diagnostics,” it was returned to me in significantly worse condition. The screen no longer turns on at all, and it now makes a power-on sound every 15–20 seconds whether it’s open or closed. I was then quoted $450 for repair, despite an advertised price-match policy and an Apple estimate of $250 for the same service. While my laptop is technically considered “vintage” due to its age, that does not explain how it left Geek Squad in worse condition than when I walked in. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I trusted them with a working device and left with one that is now essentially unusable.

They also charged $150 just to diagnose a problem that has already been diagnosed then they will probable repair my TV whenever they find an opening in about 60 days. No local support, just send you to india to reschedule. Pure GARBAGE!!!

Finally i got it paired by Stephen’s afford. I was so grateful, i tried multiple ways to have them connected. It seems easy but i just missed out something. Stephen patiently sort it out and gave me some advice for my husband watch as well. Thanks!
