Ordered a Roku TV from Destin BB for a vacation rental because it is the only device that has guest mode capabilities. They sent driver that did not speak english. I get text my TV arrived. It is no where to be seen. I call the driver, he does not speak a word of english and does not understand the word "Return back" "wroing" after on the phone with him for 20 min trying to find someone that speaks english found he left it at a condo building down the street. He brings it back, I am so made and I take the TV that looks like a BB shipping box with a bunch of other manufacturer names. He leaves. We schlep it up to our 2nd floor, and realize it is the wrong TV, they were out of stock on the Roku and took it upon them selves to substitute a Toshiba Fire TV. I then spend 1 hour and 15 min on the phone and they have the gall to ask me to bring it back to the store . I said I need a Roku TV delivered and this one picked up. They had a different model in stock that was 10.00 more which in the end they did waive. All they had to do was call me and alert me the model I needed was not available. I spent 3 hours getting the right Roku TV to be delivered that should have only taken 15 min. The only reason they even get 3 stars is the people who delivered today were apologetic. I did give them a scolding to take back to the person in charge to not substitute when a Roku brand is ordered. I hope those in charge take notice because we buy a lot of TVs.

Never have problems with Best Buy. And there’s a dude who works in the laptop/tablet section who kicks butt. I wish I remembered his name 😕
Even then, everyone knows what’s up. If I tell them I just want to be left alone to browse, they do it. If I need help, they are always ready to help.

I purchased a new stereo system and speakers for my vehicle. The installation cost was more than reasonable and I was happy with the quality of Chris’s work was great. He was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. He assisted me with ensuring I purchased the proper items and handled the installation professionally. I would recommend the experience to anyone else.
This is a review for Geek Squad. What's the point of making an appointment if there's at least a half hour delay until I'll actually be served? Talking with another person in line and they said it is always like this. The store in general seemed fine. I noticed long lines at computer section checkout, a group of 4 or 5 blue shirts chatting in another corner of the store, and the 2 Geek Squad staff were working very hard. So this review is not a remark on the Geek Squad staff but still, it's pretty ridiculous. Won't be coming here again.
Edit (to add a reply to the response I received, below): I don't have those socials so I can't reply to you via those channels. But in case you look back here, the details are that I made an appointment online for 4.40. I arrived at 4.35 to see a line of 6 people morosely waiting scattered around the geek squad desk. At 4.50 I asked one of the Geek Squad staff what the timing was looking like for my 4.40 appointment. He looked at his schedule and said I was at least a half hour away from being able to be served. He and his co-staff were clearly working hard, but it doesn't excuse the fact that making an appointment seems to be irrelevant, and it's also unfortunate that there's not nearly enough seating or standing room for all the folks who are waiting for their appointments. There was another man who also had a 4.40 appointment and when I asked my question and learned I was a half hour out, I heard some audible groans from other folks who clearly had been waiting even longer. Thankfully I had blended this appointment with other errands in Destin, but what if this was the one thing I had come all this way to do? So I certainly won't be coming back - hopefully a small business - type of store will be able to solve my issue. If you can hire more Geek Squad staff, that would probably solve your issue - as I mentioned in my review, apparently this is a very consistent thing at your store, to have appointments be entirely unreliable.
