Good luck calling geek squad.(That’s a complete total joke)……. I could go on and on about how disappointed I am with this company, but it’s really not worth my time…. Just trust me when I tell you, Best Buy is not a good Buy!!!!!

I even called Best Buy to make sure that the Destin location could perform this service. My wife went to the Destin Best Buy store and was told by a young man that they could not replace Apple Watch batteries and that she would need to buy a new Apple Watch. That is just so sad that either the employee simply didn’t want to be bothered with the request or was so uneducated in his employers services that he mistakenly thought they did not provide this service either way we’re not happy and I plan to file a complaint with Best Buy and we’ll get the battery replaced at the Apple Store when we are in Atlanta.

If the item is incorrect you can return through Best Buy but you have to fight like hell to receive a refund because Best Buy expects you to hash it out with the 3rd party seller instead of taking accountability for allowing customers to be swindled through the Best Buy online marketplace.

He helped me when I screwed up my own rear camera install and on the install of a new stereo and rear camera on another vehicle. Couldn’t recommend any higher. They are knowledgeable, experienced, professional and polite. The install looks incredible as well.

We waited around and tried to find someone, but no one helped. The only good part of this experience was one really nice lady who eventually came over and helped us out. She was amazing, super helpful, and actually cared. Because of her, we ended up buying around $2,000 worth of stuff. If it weren’t for her, we would’ve walked out with nothing. Customer service overall was disappointing, and Best Buy really needs to make sure employees are available to help customers who are ready to spend money.
