My appointment was for 2 o’clock…. I told her no, I made this appointment because it was convenient for me…. I had help arranged because I had two dogs… She suggested that I split it up and I make two appointments and I told her no because I have to pay for an Uber there and back and I don’t have that kind of money…. Why make the appointment And have them call me 2 1/2 hours before the appointment and tell me that the doctor was not going to be there….😡

The entire staff at VCA Deltona showed extreme compassion & empathy from the moment we walked in the door. Our Dutch never cared too much for outsiders nor did he like to be away from the comfort of his own home. For some reason he didn't even growl at their staff. Lol. That signed to us that he knew he was in good hands. The staff was so good to our family. The nurse & dr provided us with options as well as provided their personal advise. We even received a sympathy card in the mail personally noted & signed by every staff member. We didn't expect that and it brought a smile to all our faces. This is our 1st time experiencing this kind of loss & we cant thank the staff at VCA Deltona enough. God bless you all and thank you for making this experience as smooth as possible for me and my family.

The vet and their support staff were great with our dog (who is VERY scared of the vet), and her operation was a success from the first visit through her recovery. Thanks again, VCA Deltona!
