  My daughter and I went in with her phone that service had not been working correctly since it was activated with her new number several months ago. It seemed that it only worked off Wi-Fi except she could make phone calls. Without WiFi, she could not text and had no data service. Anyway, Victor was very pleasant, professional and persistent. He called customer service and knew exactly what to do and ask them to do. We left with full service on her phone. Very pleased. 5⭐️

  Stopped by to switch my family over from metro and They have awesome promotions and the best customer service! Hands down the best prepaid company out there and this location has very kind employees ! Highly recommend. They will treat you right !

  Victor is very knowledgeable and professional and his customer service is above and beyond I had a problem with my android phone and my iPhone and he solved the problems I recommend him to everyone ! And he also explained the promotions and sales that total wireless by Verizon has to offer thinking about switching! Go checkout victor if your thinking about switching or if you got a problem with your phone
