I have to say all though Kalel seemed to be new he took car of me like a Pro. everything was just on point. and as he learned something new i was amazed at the leadership skills of Hugo, that showed confidence and trust that Kalel can handle the task, he stood back and led. if he is not yet in a leadership position, time to bring him there. Thank you guys for the AWESOME help and i love my phone guys....
