Zero stars. I came in with a problem with my account. The employees didn’t even bother to look up my account before telling me my only option was to spend $1,000 on a new phone. This was incorrect. They offered no other help.

This Verizon store is an Independent Authorized Retailer, not a regular corporate Verizon store. They are paid based on sales. It's a complete SCAM HOLE. DO NOT GO HERE. Go to an actual corporate Verizon Store. The sales men here are so smooth talking and skip over answering your questions for you to walk out feeling completely ripped off. DOUG, signed me up for a protection plan for my phone that he said was included for me to find it was a monthly charge and I had to call Verizon for them to take it off and they explained to me the difference in this store vs traditional Verizon stores. He also up sold me several items as a "bundle deal" that I said over and over I did not need or want. And of course they open packaging in store and apply to your phone so can can not return after you realize how scammed you just were. Go to the Daytona store. These guys are just operating for sales not to help you. I am warning everyone I can!!!!
