Do not go to this store. Complete lies to get me to switch from att to Verizon. Had to call the actual Verizon to fix everything. Told me my bill would be 157 a month it’s now over 240. Charged me two 40$ fees and told me it’s their store policy. Nice work Bethany you lied your way into a sale.

Online people scheduled an appointment for me to switch device but store also was not able to switch and provided no explanation as to why . Also marked my appointment as cancelled even though I was there and discussed the problem. Unfortunately was not able to help or provide proper explanation.
