  Came in to ask about plans and Nichole was AWESOME and I switched all four phones... Edit**** Nicole told.memto call metro and tell them I didnt authorize auto payment and she worked there for over 4 years and that's the only way to get a refund for service even if one day after paying them.... I did and unfortunately she said that is why the phone were locked but that isnt the case you have to have phone with service for over a year with metro or phone will not work for another carrier.... bc she didn't use Sim cards it was an esim... it didn’t tell her the phone were locked..... I now have 3 paperweights and paid $186.00.... been trying to get a resolution or refund and they informed me only thing I can do it BUY phones for Walmart and bring them in LOL.... pay more MONEY.... nope small claims here I come!!!!

  Nichole was cool, informative and helpful. Some of the phone & plan offers are a BIT confusing and misleading. But after everything was explained, I walked out with a new phone and a new plan.

  This is a amazing store the girl in the store was amazing she was new but she knew what she was doing thank you Nichole I will recommend total wireless to friends and family
