The district manager and store manager made the process so simple. Customer service at this store is great and has been every time I have visited. So much better than other phone companies stores. I’ve been very satisfied with cricket service. 👍😊

Had minor problems with services, and plan, but thanks to the manager catalin from Sanford now in DeLand who was able to assist me and when he couldn't , he got help from corporate . However, I was agitated on our first two encounter, and I have to admit that Catalin compose himself well and professional, and inform me what he can and cannot do. I realize that even managers has higher ups, and still he was able to get help for me through the district manager Nilda. Hands down to you guys cause above all deals, promotion, you GUYS are the real ASSETS to Cricket, the best representation I've seen in all phone providers I've been with in years. Professionalism at its finest. Keep up the good work. Thank you so much guys;. Santiago C.
